How are our products sourced?

We carefully choose wholesalers that we work with and only choose wholesalers who we believe act responsibly and ethically. All of our pet treats are responsibly sourced. 

Can I add to my order?

Products can not be added to an order once it has been placed. You will need to start a new order. 

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if you have changed your mind. Please email petbuddyinfo.uk@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of placing your order. If we are able to, we will then cancel your order, otherwise you need to follow the returns procedure to return the unwanted products. 

How is my order sent?

Your order will sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, if you require a 1st class postage, please email petbuddyinfo.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we can accommodate this.
