How are our products sourced?

We carefully choose wholesalers that we work with and only choose wholesalers who we believe act responsibly and ethically. All of our natural dog treats are responsibly sourced.

Can I add to my order?

Products can not be added to an order once it has been placed. You will need to start a new order. 

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if you have changed your mind. Please email petbuddyinfo.uk@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of placing your order. If we are able to, we will then cancel your order, otherwise you need to follow the returns procedure to return the unwanted products. 

How will my order sent?

Your order will sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class delivery, we have options for both. Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days for 1st class and 2-4 business days for 2nd class to arrive. You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.  

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you are local, feel free to call us on 07753 883 444 and we can get your order ready for collection. We also offer free local delivery. 

Can I return items?

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will consider the complaint. Typically opened or chewed dog treats cannot be returned but do contact us anyway and we'll look into it. 

Some dogs need a day or so to get hold of of natural chews so do give them a little time!
