PetBuddy is based in East London, E16. Collection may be available by prior arrangement if you are local.

Every product is carefully selected based on ingredient quality, suitability and whether we would happily give it to our own dogs. We work with trusted suppliers and brands that share our commitment to natural, responsibly sourced treats.

Products cannot normally be added after an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and, if packing has not started, we will let you know whether we can help. Otherwise, a separate order will be needed.

Please email us with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not entered packing or been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, the usual returns process applies.

Your available delivery services and current charges are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food products and chewed treats usually cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We will always review genuine problems and explain the appropriate next step.

Yes. We stock single-protein, novel-protein, low-fat and hypoallergenic options. Check the full ingredients carefully and introduce new treats gradually, particularly if your dog has a known sensitivity.

Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the packaging or use an airtight container after opening, and always follow any product-specific storage instructions.
